I attended the 2014 Manischewitz All-Star Cook Off event on March 27 at the Jewish Community Center in Manhattan, New York. Five finalists had one hour to recreate their submitted dishes for the chance to win the $25,000 grand prize. Jamie Brown-Miller from Napa, Calif. won with her "Waffled Latkes with Matzo Fried Chicken & Spicy Syrup" recipe.
Congratulations to Jamie winning this exquisite engraved trophy and the $25,0000 grand prize! I will be posting more pictures of Jamie cooking during the one hour cook-off so stay tuned.
