Happy New Year! With resolutions in tow, I readily see an increased attendance at local gyms. A mission to create healthy foods fast and cheap for those with limited time would help now. I vow to create healthy, cheap and fast recipes and tips for 2012. I also vow to eat foods that compliment the fresh produce of the seasons; fresh is best.
Take care of yourself and everything else around you will fall into place. Invite yoga into your regimen as a sacred time for peace of mind.
